Overview
Incollaborationwith the VP of Creative, Director of Creative, and our senior designers, photographers, and videographers, you will be supported by a high-energy and talented team. This position is responsible for bringing the vision of brands to life through eye-catching photography and videography.
In this role, you will be responsible for utilizing your knowledge to formulate campaign creative for our clients  use tools likePhotoshop, After Effects, Lightroom, Fusion 360, Keyshot Pro, and Final Cut or Premiere Pro.This role also offers opportunities to travel to and capture world-renowned events.
Responsibilities
Capture high-quality, creative, and on-brand photographs for use in advertising campaigns, marketing materials, and social media content.
Plan and execute on-location and studio photoshoots, including lighting setup, composition, and equipment management.
Collaborate closely with the creative director, designers, and marketing team to understand project objectives and deliver visually compelling imagery.
Edit, retouch, and manipulate photos to enhance image quality, ensuring consistent brand style and message.
Conceptualize, script, and storyboard video projects in line with client and agency objectives.
Operate video cameras, lighting, and audio equipment to capture high-quality footage for commercials, promotional videos, and digital content.
Ensure videos align with brand guidelines and convey the intended message effectively.
Communicate effectively in a well-articulated, professional manner with both the creative and marketing staff.
Adaptable to changes or edits to a project, and is a constant ambassador for the creative group with effective interpersonal skills.
Bring new ideas to help drive consumer engagement.
Work independently on projects from initial stages to completion.
Track execution of projects and results to fostercontinuous improvement.
Qualifications
Formaleducationor training in photography and videography.
1-2 years of experience in a media house, in-house creative department, or similar.
Adapts well to changes in direction and priority in afast-pacedand deadline-oriented environment.
Demonstratesflexibilityand openness to ideas and feedback.
Excellent professional verbal and writtencommunication skills; strong verbal presentation skills.
Highly organized with thoughtfulattention to detailand follow through.
Self-motivated and able to work independently, good time management skills andstrong work ethic.
Deadline-oriented with the proven ability to manage multiple projects within tight deadlines, meeting timing expectations.
Ability to present concepts/ideas tosenior management.
Disciplined, organized and can be trusted to follow through projects from start to finish with complete immersion and accountability.
Ability to work cohesively as a member of the marketing and design team; ability to not only lead fearlessly as a contributor, but also to take direction and work with a team.
Exceptional skills in Premier Pro or Final Cut and Photoshop.
Knowledge of videography, video editing, and photography.
