As an Account Director, you’ll be at the heart of our brand’s social media presence, ensuring that content is not only high-quality and on-brand but also aligned with both global and local strategies. You’ll lead a talented team of creators, guiding content development to ensure everything produced is relevant,impactful, and resonates with key target audiences.
In thishands-on, integrated role, you’ll oversee the end-to-end content creation process, analyze performance metrics, and continuously optimize campaigns to keep the brand ahead of trends. Your deep knowledge of local pop culture and influencer dynamics will be essential for building strong community connections and driving engagement.

Responsibilities:
Lead the end-to-end creative and production of weekly social creator content for the brand by developing the tone of voice and vision, incollaborationwith the global creative team.
Manage and inspire a team of 3-5 creators, guiding them on trends, providing insights and brainstorming ideas aligned with cultural moments.
Empower creators to push boundaries while making informed decisions to ensure content resonates with audiences and performs across social.
Maintain brand relevance, ensuring content aligns with global positioning while driving local relevance.
Oversee content quality, execution and delivery, ensuring all content is delivered on time, weekly.
Stay deeply attuned to local pop culture, incorporating cultural trends into creative content strategies.
Engage and grow social communities, interacting with followers and driving conversations to build loyalty.
Lead community strategies using social listening and trending topics to boost brand visibility and engagement.
Analyze content performance and provide fortnightly reports, using insights to improve creative outcomes.
Develop a comprehensive understanding of trends and platform best practices to inform content strategy and drive engagement.
Maintain clear andeffective communicationwith internal and external stakeholders to manage expectations and approvals efficiently.
Refine content production processes to improve efficiency.
Ensure all content is approved by global/local brand and legal teams before going live.
