Your day at work will be like (Role & Responsibility):
– Drive top line and bottom line growth for a multi-million-dollar (60 Mn+) Data, Analytics, AI portfolio.
– Ensure flawless service delivery and handle escalations management.
– Compliance with CMMI Level 5 Processes.
– Lead delivery transformation initiatives that include output and outcome business models, annuity business, and alternate people supply channels.
– Participate in monthly/quarterly reviews between LTIMindtree and the customer to ensure high client satisfaction scores (referenceable customer base).
– Build strong program management capabilities (certainty in delivery).
– Actively participate in automation, reusable assets, and continuous process improvement.
– Develop a deep understanding of your clients’ and prospects’ business goals, competition, growth plans, and obstacles.
– Play an advisory role to customers and prospects, providing thought leadership and IT/business transformation recommendations in various technology areas.
– Provide technical and architecture guidance in the AI, Analytics, and Data spectrum with a focus on cloud.
– Collaborate closely with global teams to develop proposals, presentations, and statements of work (SOW) and proactively recommend strategies to grow Analytics & Information Management presence in existing accounts.
– Own account plans and targets for named accounts in the assigned vertical/region, including forecasting revenue and order book, maintaining and growing pipeline funnel.
– Work with key alliance partners and software vendors to jointly develop and own GTM plans.
– Focus on profitable growth and business operations.
– Actively participate in talent acquisitions, transformation, mentoring, and retention initiatives.
