PR Account Coordinator Jobs in Remote at Clarity HR Solutions

About the Role:

Clarity HR Solutions, in partnership with The Last Layer (TLL), is seeking a dynamic Account Coordinator to join our Public Relations team. If you are passionate about media strategy, earned media outreach, influencer engagement, and campaign activations, this role is for you! You will work closely with Account Managers and client teams to execute strategic PR initiatives and contribute to the overall success of our campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

Administrative & Account Support:

Assist with client-specific tasks such as creative development, account asset creation, and data analysis.
Oversee routine administrative tasks with Virtual Assistants (VAs) and interns to ensure smooth project execution.
Support Account Managers in operational activities beyond routine administrative tasks.

Media Monitoring & Research:

Track and analyze media coverage, compiling relevant information for reports.
Audit all client reports for accuracy and submit them for approval on time.
Research media trends, industry news, and competitor activities to inform strategy.
Collaborate with Account Managers to generate insights for strategic development.

Press Release & Pitch Support:

Assist in drafting press releases and media pitches under Account Manager supervision.
Regularly update and maintain media lists for assigned client accounts.
Work with the team to distribute materials effectively and on schedule.
Learn best practices in storytelling and media engagement.

Client Communication:

Support at least seven (7) client accounts and maintain ongoing communication.
Provide regular updates to Account Managers on project progress.
Assist in drafting client communications, presentations, and reports.
Ensure timely product order placements as required.

Event Coordination Assistance:

Support planning, logistics, and execution of client events and activations.
Assist in ensuring seamless event operations and post-event evaluations.

Professional Development & Media Relations:

Participate in training and mentorship programs to enhance skills.
Actively contributes to internal resource development and knowledge sharing.
Build and nurture media and influencer relationships on a quarterly basis to expand each account’s “Golden Circle.”

Collaborative Culture:

Foster a positive and inclusive team environment.
Respond to team messages and inquiries within the same day.
Engage in team discussions, brainstorming sessions, and continuous learning.

Who We’re Looking For:

3 – 4 years of PR agency experience.
Polished and professional on calls (business casual).
Demonstrated tactical and strategic experience.
Must live in EST or CST time zones.
Strong passion for public relations, media strategy, and outreach
Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented with excellent time management skills.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Experience or internship in PR, communications, journalism, or marketing is a plus!

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $52,000.00 – $62,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 40 per week
