Title: Marketing/Technology Administrator

Job Summary:
Responsible for Marketing Linville Land Harbor through print media and social media and any other avenues that would benefit Linville Land Harbor. Technology support for all departments of Linville Land Harbor.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Oversee advertising and promotion of Linville Land Harbor. Assist each department with all aspects of technology.
Marketing
· Be creative with ad campaigns, which often include distinctive phrases and powerful images, as well as deciding where and when to place these advertisements.
· Work within budget when placing these ads, and carefully select the mediums, such as print, video, internet, social media, as well as the specific outlets.
· Work to continue the branding efforts of the company.
· Keep company website up to date for prospective buyers and for current members.
· Responsible for content creation that aligns with company brand and image.
· Provide marketing tracking and research information by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends.
· Have administrative control on all Linville Land Harbor social media sites and websites.
· Live Streaming and Recording Events when applicable.
· Maintain all business listings including but not limited to Google My Business (GMB).
· Perform other related duties as required.
Technology
· Administer and maintain information technology systems.
· Provide IT operations functions for all departments including hardware and software.
· Responsible for purchase and installation of computers, servers, local area networks and wireless networks.
· Proficient in both on-premises and cloud technologies.
· Edit website content and must be familiar with WordPress or similar CMS, hosting, DNS, and web server management. Search engine optimization knowledge for getting Linville Land Harbor’s website visible is also required.
· Live Stream Meetings when applicable.
· Set up Zoom meetings for staff, committees and Board Members.
· Perform other related duties as required.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Marketing & Technology
· Must be creative, self-motivated, proactive, intuitive, organized, flexible, deadline oriented and able to manage tasks concurrently.
· Excellent verbal and interpersonal skills, a positive attitude and a professional demeanor are required.
· Proficiency with social media including planning, implementation and measurement.
· Excellent communication and organization skills.
· Must be creative for creating ads and ad campaigns.
· Demonstrated experience with standard software applications, including MS Office, Windows and Adobe family of programs. The knowledge to troubleshoot wireless network problems, and local area network connections.
· Familiarity with support and troubleshooting of computer workstations.
Credentials and Experience:
· Associate degree with courses in Marketing/Technology.
· Two years related experience or:
· Equivalent combination of educations and/or experience.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $24.00 – $32.00 per hour
