Role Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and proactive PR and Business Development Executive to support both our PR and New Business teams. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about public relations and business growth, with an ability to manage both client relationships and business development activities. The ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented, creative thinker with a strong understanding of consumer behavior, media trends, and the PR landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

Client & Media Relationships:

Establish and maintain strong, positive working relationships with clients and media contacts.

Acquire a deep understanding of consumer behavior and how it relates to client needs.

Act as a liaison between clients and media outlets, often communicating via phone, email, and in-person meetings.

PR Strategy & Activity Support:

Assist the PR Manager in the development and execution of PR strategies and campaigns.

Monitor various media channels including newspapers, magazines, social media, blogs, newswires, and broadcasts for potential opportunities for clients.

Prepare and organize media outreach, drafts of press materials, and client reports.

Attend client meetings and ensure clients are kept informed on PR activities and results.

Regularly track and analyze media coverage and provide insights to clients.

Event & Activation Management:

Support the on-ground execution of PR events, activations, conferences, and promotional activities.

Assist with event logistics, client coordination, and post-event reporting.

New Business Development Support:

Participate in the pitching process by assisting with the preparation of proposals, presentations, and pitches.

Support New Business Directors by attending client meetings and assisting with follow-up tasks.

Contribute new business ideas, brainstorm fresh approaches, and assist in the creation of innovative solutions to meet client needs.

Actively engage in networking events and opportunities to expand the agency’s reach and potential client base.

Collaborative Input:

Offer creative input and contribute ideas for campaigns and new business initiatives.

Participate in team brainstorming sessions to develop fresh, unique PR strategies that align with client objectives.

Assist with internal communications, tracking the progress of various PR and business development projects.

Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in PR, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.

Proven experience (internships, previous roles) in PR or business development is a plus.

Strong English and Arabic communication skills, both written and verbal.

Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Ability to think creatively and contribute ideas to support business growth.

Proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn.
