The Role:
As a PR & Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for leading and executing the PR Strategy in Chicago to boostbrand awareness& positioning in the region. You will also manage the B2B strategy for AIRE at the local level to increase sales in this segment:
Hospitality, Corporations, Institutions, Congress centres, etc.
Key Responsibilities:
Branding &
Communication
Be responsible for raising awareness and relevance of AIRE brand at local level (be a brand advocate and guardian).
Manage and build corporate and B2C relationships through networking, PR events and partnerships/sponsor ships.
Supervise and ensure the overall brand image standards in the location.
Responsible for thecommunicationof AIRE Chicago.
Collaborate with the Global Social Media manager to ensure content is aligned with local needs.
Global & Local Alignment
Collaborate with the Global Marketing team to ensure the correct implementation of marketing campaigns in the locations.
Supervise and lead the production,promotion, and design of all group and/or event bookings;
Lead and manage all sales for group & event initiatives.
Ensure efficient and timely reporting to HQ.
Establish propercommunicationand liaise with other internal departments to ensure efficient execution of the PR / Marketing campaigns.
Operations & Client Experience
Manage onsite influencers, press, and VIP visits. Assist with customer relations and special VIP booking requests.
Assist with overseeing the onsite client experience journey.
Monitor customer feedback by reporting to PR & Marketing Coordinator critical feedback received from customer surveys and local online platforms (Trip Advisor).
B2B Relationships
Build a B2B strategy for AIRE at the local level to increase sales in this segment:
Hospitality, Corporations, Institutions, Congress centers, etc.
Prospect, develop, and manage new B2B accounts.
Manage existing B2B accounts.
Lead relationships with relevant hotels, travel industry, incentive agencies, etc.
Sales Administration & KPIs
Manage the sales funnel contacts and report a monthly update about the progress to HQ and Local Management.
Who You Are:
Degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism or another relevant Marketing field.
4 years of PR and Marketing experience preferred but not essential, including PR relations, media relations, consumer or hospitality brand experience preferred.
Experience of working within adynamic environmentis essential.
A high degree of personal initiative,innovativethinking, influencing &collaborationskills are essential.
Excellent communications and planning skills.
