JOB PURPOSE
Burberry is looking for a talented PR Samples Assistant to join the Global Press Samples team. In this role, you will be strategically involved in managing the identification, prioritisation, and allocation of all key products in the business to support PR teams around the world in executing their objectives. This is anexcitingopportunity for an organised and passionate junior communications professional, who can continue to build on and develop strong cross-functional relationships and share their depth of knowledge eloquently internally and externally.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Management of global press samples including but not limited to:
Managing all send outs and returns globally across menswear
Tracking and monitoring samples on fashion GPS
Quality controlof any returning samples
Managing all shipping invoices and documentation
Tracking all couriers and shipments to ensure no delays
Overseeing the delivery of all PR sample orders globally
Management of the archiving system for all Burberry runway and main line collections
Supporting wider PR team during key moments such as shows and press days
Reporting on sample activity on a weekly basis
PERSONAL PROFILE
At least one year of experience in luxury fashion PR, withstrongcommunicationskillsand the ability to work in afast-paced environment.
Organised, hardworking, and enthusiastic with a proactive approach to tasks.
