Public Relations Specialist Job Level:  Specialist Level 2

Dubai, Middle East Region Language Requirement:  Fluent in Arabic; proficiency in Chinese is a plus

Education

Requirement:  Bachelor’s degree or above in Marketing, Public Relations, Journalism, or related fields Experience Requirement:  1-3 years of experience in public relations or related fields

Job Responsibilities:

Responsible for receiving and hosting visits from Chinese government agencies, enterprises, key clients, and other important partners in the Middle East, enhancing the company’s brand image and influence. Establish and maintain strong relationships with mainstream media in the Middle East, organizing press conferences and media-related activities to boost brand exposure. Build and maintain

communication

with local embassies, government institutions, and PR departments of Chinese enterprises in the Middle East to enhance brand

promotion

efforts.

Develop and execute the company’s daily publicity and

communication

plans in the Middle East, draft and publish official press releases and media articles, monitor media coverage, and analyze the effectiveness of PR campaigns for

continuous improvement

. Plan, organize, and execute various public relations events, including but not limited to annual/monthly brand

promotion

campaigns, new car launches, test drive events, auto shows, and crisis management initiatives, ensuring timely execution within budget while achieving promotional objectives.

Monitor global public opinion related to the company, coordinate with headquarters to manage public sentiment, respond promptly to negative news, and handle major crisis PR incidents effectively. Collect, organize, and archive PR-related documents, establishing a corporate PR database to support future

communication

strategies.

Job Requirements:

1-3 years of experience in public relations, marketing, or a related field; experience in the automotive industry is a plus. Fluent in Arabic (spoken and written); proficiency in Chinese and English is an advantage. Familiar with the media landscape in the Middle East and possessing relevant media connections is preferred. Strong event planning and execution skills, with the ability to coordinate internal and external resources for project implementation.

Excellent crisis management skills, capable of handling and mitigating public relations risks effectively. Possession of a valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the Middle East region as needed.  #J-18808-Ljbffr
