Practice Manager – Aesthetic Practice
Seeking an experienced and highly motivated Practice Manager to lead the daily operations of our elite aesthetic medical and surgical practice inclusive of its on-site accredited surgery and recovery suite, and medspa. This is a full-time, executive-level role responsible for overseeing patient experience, financial performance, marketing strategies, staff management, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee all daily operations including scheduling, inventory, and patient services
Ensure an exceptional patient experience aligned with company standards
Manage and coach staff across departments; lead daily huddles and monthly meetings
Handle financial duties including budgeting, reporting, and vendor management
Implement policies, improve workflows, and maintain compliance with safety standards
Lead marketing efforts, build community partnerships, and drive business growth
Resolve patient concerns professionally while maintaining brand integrity
Oversee strategic growth of the non-surgical medspa with capacity-based revenue goals
Manage HR and talent expansion and optimize utilization of clinicians’ time
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree required
Minimum 5 years of healthcare management experience, preferably in aesthetics (medical spa, plastic surgery, cosmetic dermatology)
Strong understanding of financial reports, sales performance, and patient retention strategies
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Professional appearance and demeanor; must represent the brand at the highest level
Proficient in office software, patient management systems, and industry technology
Ability to remain calm and solutions-focused in high-pressure situations
High emotional intelligence, confidentiality, and team-building ability
