Position Description:

The Practice Growth Specialist utilizes extensive experience in a growth-oriented role to leverage tools and strategies aimed at expanding provider patient panels. Reporting to the VP of Practice Growth, this role plays a pivotal part in supporting the organization’s rapid scaling of its provider workforce from 600 to 1000+ this year. The Practice Growth Specialist addresses the need for enhanced practice growth tactics to meet or exceed budget expectations, particularly in bridging the gap between clinical expertise and effective growth strategies for providers.

Reports to VP of Practice Growth

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

Effectively communicate membership programs, promotions, referral incentives, and other offerings to providers, ensuring clear understanding and integration into workflows.

Collaborate with provider field team to increase visits and skincare sales, providing sales language and tactical support.

Partner with marketing to communicate event programming and partnerships to providers, assisting in event deployment and coordination as necessary.

Deploy patient retention programs with marketing to encourage repeat visits and foster patient loyalty.

Regularly track and analyze the effectiveness of growth tactics, providing comprehensive reporting.

Collaborate with the clinical team to execute successful community programs and attend training and networking events as needed.

Spearhead the launch and ongoing guidance of new provider initiatives, such as subscriptions, process enhancements, affiliate programs, and influencer marketing strategies.

Provide guidance to providers on identifying potential patients within their networks, initiating conversations, and articulating the value proposition of the practice’s services, utilizing proven sales language and simplification strategies.

Work closely with the Clinical Team and Provider Support Specialists to ensure seamless coordination and delivery of support services to clinicians.

Collect regular feedback from providers regarding deployed sales tactics, gaining insights into their perspectives and refining approaches accordingly.

Regularly disseminate best practices to all providers.

Conduct sales and education-focused webinars for providers to initiate, grow, and sustain patient panels.

This role demands a dynamic individual with a proven track record in growth-oriented roles, excellent communication skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams to drive practice growth and meet organizational objectives.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree preferred.
5+ years in a growth-oriented role within healthcare or medical aesthetics, with a proven track record in sales, marketing, and/or business development.
Strong understanding of medical aesthetics treatments, products, and industry trends.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strategic thinker with proactive problem-solving abilities.
Proficient in CRM systems and sales tracking tools.
Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights.
Exceptional relationship-building skills with providers, marketing teams, and clinical staff.
Collaborative and able to work across multiple departments.
Experience in conducting educational webinars or training sessions is a plus.
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Self-motivated with a strong sense of initiative.
