$70,000 with an opportunity for bonus based on success of practice goals
The pay range displayed on this job posting reflects the anticipated range for this position. A successful candidate’s actual compensation will be determined only after taking factors into consideration that include: the candidate’s work history, experience in similar roles, skills set, and education accomplishment. This compensation posted is not inclusive of the total value of ARC Health Partner’s benefits package, which includes, among other benefits, healthcare/dental/vision, and retirement/401(k).

Practice Manager Responsibilities:
Oversee and supervise the administrative team.
Build collaborative relationships with direct and indirect reports, leading to general oversight and management of these reports.
Oversee insurance products, including binding of Professional Liability Insurance, etc.
Ability to have crucial conversations involving the proper persons with tact and decorum.
Ability to manage through ambiguity and ever-changing timelines and business assumptions.
Organize and manage the work and resources of his/her business unit(s) to optimize productivity, effectiveness, and efficiency in alignment with the mission, vision, and values of the organization.
Manage sensitive / confidential matters, including handling of confidential documents and other communications with absolute discretion.
Oversight of the Center’s committees, with the collaboration of the Executive Directors.
Assist the Co-Executive Directors in developing and maintaining motivation plans/compensation structures for all business lines as well as the administrative team.
Oversite and maintenance of outside contracts with vendors and independent contractors.
Management and oversight of three physical locations (totaling roughly 7,000 square feet and 24 consulting rooms used throughout the week), their safety and security, supplies, in ongoing communication with the properties’ owners.
Experience with marketing preferred, but not mandatory
Practice Manager Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years with relevant experience in Behavioral Health or Healthcare operations as well as group practice environments.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite or similar software.
Strong problem-solving skills and analytical mindset.
Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
Excellent time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
Ability to work with minimal supervision.
Willingness to work on-site with designated days at each practice office.
Ability to abide by ethical guidelines and policies, including strict adherence to confidentiality and HIPAA guidelines.
Possession and maintenance of all accreditations, certifications, and credentials necessary and appropriate for the position.
Experience with marketing preferred, but not mandatory
Physical Requirements:
Manual dexterity to operate office equipment.
May require long periods of sitting and standing.
Must have normal or corrected vision and be able to clearly communicate verbally by phone or in person.
