Colfax Nursing and Rehab, LLC is looking for a person who can help our facility succeed in growing our community. This position requires a dedicated person who has a strong work ethic and is able to adapt and grow to what the position requires. For this position, travel to surrounding cities to visit possible referrals to be admitted to our nursing facility is necessary. A company vehicle and cell phone are provided to this position to assist with transportation and communication on the facility’s behalf.
The duties for this role include but not limited to, reading/answering e-mails, making/responding to phone calls, visiting other healthcare facilities to check on current residents, marketing healthcare facilities to find new referrals, complete assessments on referrals, gather information from family/other institutions for resident data, input data into computer system, visit home facility for meetings and training and keeping up with the condition of vehicle, car, and computer that is provided.

Pay: $45,000.00 – $50,000.00 per year
