Description:

This is a HIGH PAYING, entry level sales position, that consist of appointment setting for our Solar or Roofing Specialist by going to the field in an outside sales environment. We are looking for reliable and eager individuals who are willing to learn and put in the work to be successful within their career. As an entry level sales associate, you get the opportunity to expand your communication skills as well as get sales and leadership experience. Once seen successful in the entry level position there is opportunity to move up quickly into our management and upper level positions.

Our full-time appointment setters are currently working a schedule between the hours of 11AM – 8PM splitting their time between in the office and in the field going door to door. This schedule is subject to change as individuals move up into closing deals or upper level positions.

Responsibilities

Conduct door-to-door canvassing to promote solar energy solutions and engage potential customers.
Utilize strong communication skills to effectively present product information and answer inquiries.
Collaborate with the sales team to strategize outreach efforts and maximize customer engagement.
Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive experience for potential clients.
Lead and supervise team members during canvassing activities to achieve set goals.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $36,000.00 – $54,000.00 per year
