We’re looking for a creative and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to help shape our brand, highlight our projects, engage audiences across multiple platforms, and work with Rycon’s nine (9) offices. Primary Responsibilities and Duties:
Support the marketing team in daily operations to maintain efficiency and organization. Reports to the Marketing Manager.
Bring our brand to life on social media – create compelling content, schedule posts, track engagement, and analyze performance, primarily on LinkedIn.
Keep our website looking sharp by ensuring all content is up to date, engaging, and aligned with our brand.
Design eye-catching marketing materials like brochures, presentations, and advertisements that showcase our work.
Polish and perfect corporate resumes to highlight our team’s expertise.
Be willing to become a certified drone pilot to capture aerial content of our construction projects and events.
Visit local project sites to take high-quality photos and videos—including drone footage—for marketing and project documentation.
Be part of the action at groundbreakings, topping-out ceremonies, and ribbon-cutting events—helping document and promote these key moments.
Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials, signage, and digital content between Rycon’s nine (9) offices.
Proactively gather information and anticipate what’s needed to keep marketing initiatives moving forward.
Bring fresh ideas to our team and help us continuously evolve.
Secondary Responsibilities and Duties:
Actively promote Rycon Construction within the industry through networking.
What you will need to be successful:
B.S. Marketing or related degree is preferred but not required.
Minimum of three (3) years’ recent marketing experience
Proficiency in:
o Microsoft Office Suite
o Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly InDesign and Premier Pro.
Ability to multi-task and prioritize work in a fast-paced, high-production environment.
Excellent skills in time management, organization, writing, proofreading, and editing.
High level of design sensibility and graphics capability.
Experience in photography, photo editing, videography, and video editing.
Demonstrates a proactive and forward-thinking approach with strong attention to detail.
Desire to continuously work to upgrade knowledge base and skill set
Strong communication skills to effectively engage and collaborate with various teams across Rycon’s nine (9) offices.
