As a member of our International Sales team, you will develop and execute the UK prescribing marketing strategies, plans and actions for TMI products. Contribute UK insights to TMI’s global marketing strategies. Support global awareness and attainment of Company sales and profitability objectives on an annual and long-term basis.
Responsibilities Include:
Marketing Planning
Develop downstream business plans, market strategies, marketing communications, new product launches and pricing strategies
Plan and execute effective external marketing campaigns with tactics including tradeshows, webinars, digital activities.
Inform upstream marketing activities which contribute to overall lifecycle of Trudell Medical International’s product portfolio.
Ensure the Marketing plans are delivered within the expected timelines and budgetary requirements.
Ensure we have clear and achievable performance indicators to deliver the desired business goals.
Marketing Implementation
Work closely with Product Management to ensure UK marketing strategies are aligned with global initiatives.
Implement marketing programs to drive development and brand affinity across digital, PR, social and direct communications.
Overall responsibility and management UK marketing budget
Manage UK MLR process and support regulatory activities in UK.
Manage content and assets for all promotional activities.
Ensure Healthcare Professional Lead Management process is clear for cross-functional actions
Support the Sales Team with the appropriate training and tools to facilitate sales results.
Market Insights and Analysis
Execute market research and market insights collection. Interact with sales and clinical teams to understand market and customer needs.
Identify unique local market opportunities to increase product awareness and penetration including HCP education, patient advocacy and stakeholder partnerships
Identify the effectiveness of sales and marketing programs through collecting and analyzing various data streams to facilitate business growth.
Collaborate with the TMUK functions to identify, understand and manage the trends and dynamics of the market
HCP & Payer Engagement
Liaise with Payers and specialty pharmacies to optimize patient access.
Organize webinars to educate external stakeholders on product USP’s
Experience of interacting with key bodies influencing adoption including but not limited to: Drug Tariff, NHS England, ICS, ICB, PCN’s and General Practice.
Ensure all Marketing activities comply with UK Healthcare regulations
Solid understanding of the NHS prescribing policies, guidelines and incentives.
Build strong relationships with KOLs to understand market levers
QUALIFICATIONS
Degree in Marketing, Business, or Sciences or a related field of study
5 years of product marketing experience required, with at least 3 years in medical devices, pharmaceutical, or life sciences
Good working knowledge of NHS
Strong verbal and written communications with ability to effectively communicate at multiple levels in the organization as well as with external vendors and stakeholders
Demonstrated ability to interpret market research and analysis and translate into actionable tactics
Software skills: MS Excel, Google Analytics, MS PowerPoint, MS Outlook, Tableau or other internal reporting platforms
Strong organizational and follow-up skills, as well as attention to detail
Understanding of regulatory environment and guidelines
Working knowledge and experience with digital marketing channels, CRM, and other marketing technologies (Web, email, automation, analytics, social media)
Multitasks, prioritizes and meets deadlines in timely manner
Ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders – e.g. physicians, pharmacists, respiratory nurses, therapist, and key opinion leaders
