Position Responsibilities:
Work closely with the marketing team, clinical leaders, and executive leadership to plan and execute the annual events calendar.
Manage event schedules, deadlines, and contract agreements for national, regional, and local events.
Oversee event budgets, track costs, and generate reports for individual events.
Manage third-party vendors, including show organizers, on-site service providers, creative services vendors, and promotional vendors.
Collaborate with booth design agencies to create innovative event experiences.
Manage the intake and reporting of post-event leads, ensuring ROI tracking for talent acquisition events.
Coordinate all event logistics, including collateral, promotional items, shipping, payments, booth setup and teardown, stakeholder registration, and travel.
Develop event sponsorships by building relationships with organizations such as AANA and ASA.
Proficient or willing to manage a range of digital tools, including SharePoint, Hootsuite, Canva, and Viva Engage.
Desired Skills & Qualifications:
Strong organizational and process management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional initiatives.
Excellent verbal, written, and visual communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Experience managing social media platforms and engagement strategies.
Familiarity with project management tools.
Creative booth design experience is a plus.
Willingness to travel 15-20% of the time, particularly in the second half of the year.
