Principal Program Lead, Marketing Jobs in Atlanta, GA at Chick-fil-A, Inc.
Responsibilities:
– Manage all aspects of the company’s financial records and transactions
– Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
– Perform bank reconciliations and ensure accuracy of financial data
– Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions
– Handle payroll processing and ensure timely payment to employees
– Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of financial transactions
– Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with GAAP and company policies
– Prepare and submit tax returns and other financial reports as required
-Creating and implementing marketing strategies to expand our client base.
-Assisting with general office tasks and supporting the team as needed.
-Handling client inquiries and providing excellent customer service.
-Coordinating and scheduling client meetings to discuss our services and expand the business.
Requirements:
– Minimum 2-3 years experience as a Full Charge Bookkeeper or similar role
– Strong knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and procedures
– Proficiency in using accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks)
– Excellent understanding of debits, credits, and financial concepts
– Solid understanding of payroll processing and tax regulations
– Ability to perform bank reconciliations and balance sheet reconciliations
– Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
– Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
– Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
– Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Pay: $20.00 – $25.00 per hour
