Job Summary:
The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic marketing plans to increase brand awareness, client engagement, and revenue growth. This role requires a mix of creativity, data-driven decision-making, and hands-on execution to ensure a strong online and offline presence.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote services, events, and special promotions.
Manage social media accounts, create engaging content, and monitor audience interactions.
Plan and oversee digital advertising campaigns, including Google Ads, social media ads, and email marketing.
Collaborate with the team to create visually compelling promotional materials.
Analyze marketing performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.
Build and maintain partnerships with local businesses, and community organizations.
Oversee website content updates and ensure SEO optimization.
Manage online reputation and respond to client reviews and inquiries.
Coordinate events, sponsorships, and other marketing initiatives.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in the beauty, wellness, or medical spa industry.
Strong knowledge of digital marketing, social media management, and content creation.
Experience with advertising platforms such as Google Ads and Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Proficiency in graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Suite) is a plus.
Knowledge of website management and SEO best practices.
