Key Responsibilities:
Identify and engage potential customers, assessing their needs and providing personalized solutions.
Ensure seamless compliance with client and retail partner guidelines during promotional activities.
Educate customers on service features, promotions, and technical support options, empowering them to make informed decisions.
Build and nurture long-lasting relationships with customers to drive loyalty and referrals.
Tackle challenges during promotional events with quick, creative problem-solving.
Collaborate with Account Managers to plan and execute impactful promotional events.
Set up and dismantle engaging retail displays for each event, ensuring smooth operation and impactful presentation.
Qualifications:
0-2 years of experience in marketing, customer service, sales, or event management.
Enthusiastic about learning and staying up-to-date with product knowledge.
Thrives in fast-paced marketing, sales, and retail environments.
Positive and adaptable attitude, even in challenging situations.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Collaborative team player, comfortable working closely with others to achieve goals.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.51 – $18.40 per hour
Schedule:
Day shift
Weekends as needed
