In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth by providing exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with clients. This is a commission only job, requiring minor travel for which the company will reimburse for.
Responsibilities
Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
Travel to target customers to promote our company and advertise the pool services we offer
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase features and benefits.
Meet or exceed sales targets through effective selling techniques and strategies.
Collaborate with team members to enhance overall customer satisfaction.
Stay informed about industry trends, product knowledge, and competitor activities.
Prepare and maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and follow-ups.
Skills
Proven experience in customer service, demonstrating the ability to address client needs effectively.
Strong sales skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage customers effectively.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in managing customer accounts.
Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools is a plus.
