The Role

As a Producer, EMEA for 2

XKO, you will be responsible for delivering publishing and marketing tactics at a regional level while supporting local country teams. This role is dedicated to the 2

XKO product, ensuring that all marketing efforts align with the game’s vision and resonate with the fighting game community across EMEA. You will

lead cross-functional teams

to deliver high-quality content and campaigns that engage players and drive community growth.

This role can be based in London (UK), Paris (France), Berlin (Germany), Barcelona (Spain), Istanbul (Turkiye), and Dubai (UAE), and will likely require some travel within Europe; this will be a contract role until December 2025.Responsibilities  Oversee the production and execution of publishing and marketing tactics for 2

XKO at a regional level, supporting local adaptations where necessary. Collaborate with

cross-functional teams

including marketing, content, community, and events to ensure cohesive and

impactful

player-facing experiences specific to 2

XKO. Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure timely and efficient delivery of all 2

XKO initiatives. Support country teams with best practices, frameworks, and resources to enhance local 2

XKO marketing efforts. Develop and maintain relationships with external vendors, agencies, and partners for 2

XKO publishing operations. Implement processes for tracking, analyzing, and optimizing 2

XKO publishing tactics based on performance metrics and player insights. Act as the primary point of contact for 2

XKO regional publishing operations, providing strategic guidance and operational support.  

Required Qualifications

5+ years of experience in publishing operations,

project management

, or content production within the gaming, entertainment, or media industries. Proven experience managing complex projects across multiple markets, ideally with a focus on fighting games or competitive gaming. Strong

leadership

and

collaboration

skills, with the ability to influence

cross-functional teams

. Excellent organizational skills and

attention to detail

. Experience working with external vendors and managing budgets.

Analytical mindset with experience using data to inform decisions. Fluent in written and verbal English.  For this role, you’ll find success through craft expertise, a
