Product Analyst is the central and critical communications role that supports the Product department in executing and monitoring communications strategies. This role involves creating internal and external materials such as product fact sheets, implementation guides, FAQs, blog posts, and newsletters. This role also involves tracking and reporting analytics on communications campaigns and coordinating associated events.
Responsibilities:
Write a variety of different content to support communications, including product fact sheets, implementation guides, FAQs, newsletters, website copy, and brochures and press releases
Assist the Product team in developing and implementing a communications strategy designed to further company objectives.
Monitor analytics and create reports detailing the successes and failures of communications campaigns and strategies.
Stay up to date on industry trends and make recommendations for adjustments to communications strategies and practices.
Respond to customer and field team inquiries regarding product documentation and relevant content.
Coordinate content for customer, industry product, and technology committees led by Measure Learning.
Perform outreach to industry experts, influencers, and strategic customers to help elaborate or build more thought
leadership
content.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or journalism is preferred.
1 – 4 year’s experience in a communications or marketing role
Superior time management and organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines.
An analytical mind and ability to think critically.
Exceptional writing and interpersonal
communication skills
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Familiar with MS Word, Excel, and Power point and capable of creating visually compelling presentations.
Knowledge of content management systems or knowledge bases
Proven knowledge of communications and marketing ethics and best practice
