Monter Coaching is a real estate coaching company dedicated to helping high-performing agents, teams, and brokerages grow with purpose and profitability. We’re hiring a dynamic Marketing Coordinator to bring our brand to the next level through strategic marketing, content creation, and client engagement. This role is ideal for someone who blends creativity with structure and thrives in a fast-paced, purpose-driven environment. The Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for executing and managing digital marketing campaigns, creating and scheduling social media posts to multiple platforms, email marketing campaigns, supporting client communications, maintaining the company website, and promoting video content. The right candidate will have a firm grasp of SEO, advertising strategies, and brand consistency, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deliver high-quality, on-brand results. This is a hybrid role with both in-office and remote hours, and we are open to both part-time and full-time availability based on skill set.
Compensation:
$25 – $30 hourly
Responsibilities:
Design and deliver polished, on-brand marketing content across platforms, including social media, newsletters, email campaigns, downloadable resources, and promotional materials.
Plan and execute marketing campaigns using Notion and other project management tools, ensuring consistent brand presence and timely delivery across all channels.
Manage and grow Monter Coaching’s digital presence, including SEO, WordPress website updates, landing pages, YouTube channel content, and performance tracking through analytics.
Create and manage targeted CRM campaigns, client communications, and database segmentation to support lead generation, client retention, and service awareness.
Coordinate and implement client onboarding and care strategies, including a structured gifting and recognition program for coaching clients, podcast guests, and speakers.
Support “The Real Estate Woman” podcast through content coordination, promotional strategy, and quality control of collateral and marketing materials.
Schedule and manage the CEO’s calendar, including client coaching sessions, podcast interviews, masterclass recordings, and external events.
Support virtual events such as the Masterclass Series and webinars, including Zoom coordination, tech support, and post-event engagement.
Develop branded slide decks and presentations for live and virtual events, while managing email responses and providing the CEO with daily task tracking and follow-ups.
Qualifications:
2+ years of experience in marketing, communications, or a related field, preferably in a dynamic, client-facing environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create engaging content and manage professional relationships
Proficient in project management and familiar with tools like Notion, CRM systems, and marketing automation platforms
Skilled in managing digital platforms, including WordPress, YouTube, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and email marketing software
Strong understanding of SEO, analytics, and campaign performance tracking to support growth strategies
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects independently in a hybrid work environment
