Job Description:
Research and identify trends in the personal care and fragrance industry.
Conduct market analysis to identify opportunities and potential gaps in the product range.
Create the ideation and conceptualization of new products, from initial idea through to market introduction.
Work closely with R&D partners to ensure product concepts are translated into variable formulations.
Develop and implement panel test method to evaluate product effectiveness, consumer acceptance, and overall satisfaction.
Ensure product quality to meet high standards throughout the product innovation process.
Qualifications:
Minimum 1 year experience in beauty brand.
Bachelor degree in Science Major (Chemistry, Biology, and Pharmacy).
Possess strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities to drive innovation and decision-making.
Demonstrates excellent problem-solving skills to tackle challenges effectively.
Shows a passionate interest in beauty products and industry trends.
Exhibits exceptional communication skills to collaborate and convey ideas clearly.
