Key Responsibilities:
Research, create and review formulations for new or existing products.
Analyze market trends and consumer preferences to develop products that resonate with our target audience.
Cross-Functional Coordination with Brand, Sales, Supply Chain, Quality Assurance, and Regulatory Affairs teams to ensure seamless product launch preparation.
Confirm that all production, quality, regulatory, and marketing requirements are met for successful product launches.
Ensure all projects consistently met the deadline set.
Proactively keep up to date with the changes of trends in products/formulations and regulations set
Monitor the stability of new products.
Prepare documents related to new product registration
Qualifications
Bachelor degree in Chemistry/Apotechary/Pharmacist/Food Technology
Minimum 3 years experience in position in personal care/cosmetic industry or similar industry.
Excellent knowledge and implementation of GMP, Halal & ISO standards will be preferred.
Great analytical skill, project management skill and problem solving skill will be required.
