Roles and Responsibilities

1. Team Leadership and Coordination

Lead and mentor a team of 20 members, ensuring clear delegation of tasks and accountability.

Foster a collaborative environment that encourages creativity, productivity, and ownership of responsibilities. Conduct regular team meetings to align on tasks, goals, and priorities.

2. Product Detailing and Quality Assurance

Review product details, ensuring accuracy and consistency in design, edits, and mood shots.

Approve all product visuals, including photography, videography, and edits, maintaining high-quality standards. Have a keen eye for detail to spot and address issues in visuals and product representation before launch.

3. Pre-Launch Coordination

Collaborate with design, marketing, content, supply chain, and photography/videography teams to ensure readiness before product launch. Coordinate with relevant teams to ensure on-time receipt of product samples. Verify that all pre-launch requirements (product visuals, videos, packaging, and campaign materials) are completed and aligned with the launch schedule.

4. Sample Management and Follow-Up

Ensure all required samples are received on time, reviewed, and ready for shoots or other pre-launch activities. Follow up with multiple teams, including supply chain and production, to resolve delays or issues. Maintain a tracking system for samples to avoid mismanagement or misplacement.

5. Weekly Product Launch Management

Ensure that everything required for a successful product launch is fulfilled before the launch day.

Track and review launch schedules, ensuring no delays in execution.

6. Cross-Functional Collaboration

Act as the key point of contact between design, production, marketing, and supply chain teams.

Resolve inter-departmental challenges that may affect the launch timeline.

Collaborate with the retail and online teams to ensure smooth execution post-launch.

7. Performance Monitoring and Reporting

Monitor the team’s performance, ensuring tasks are completed on time and meet quality standards. Analyze the success of each launch, identifying areas for improvement. Manage the complete edited product inventory for future use and ensure proper coding of the products in the database.

8. Problem-Solving and Crisis Management

Anticipate potential issues in product launches and proactively address them.

Handle last-minute changes, challenges, or requests with a solution-oriented approach.

9. Continuous Improvement

Stay updated on the latest trends in photography, videography, and product presentation.

Implement process improvements to streamline pre-launch and launch activities.
