1. Responsibilities
To prepare and develop marketing plan for the designated products, agencies and Principals in line with the Company as well as the Principal’s objectives
To constantly develop and recommend appropriate sales and advertising and promotional activities for the designated product lines, agencies or Principals
To identify the appropriate channels of distribution for each and every product lines and draw up penetration strategies to gain their support
To gather market intelligence and conduct regular market visits
To track and analyze brand performance and brand health through in-market sales. Recommend corrective actions to address areas of concerns
To constantly survey the market and analyze the competitor’s activities and new entrants
To maintain good public relationship with Principals as well as ensuring excellent customer relationship and rapport in order to achieve and maintain a high level of the Company’s image
2. Qualification / Experience Requirement
Degree in Business, Sales, Marketing or equivalent
At least 3 – 5 years of working experience in Pharmaceutical line.
Required languages : English, Bahasa Malaysia
Good interpersonal skill, analytical and communication skills
Computer literate with Microsoft Office, Microsoft Power Point, etc
Possess strong marketing knowledge and presentation skills
