The Assistant Store Director has a responsibility for the day-to-day management of the store in accordance with overall company policy.
The main focus of the Assistant Store Director is to improve the commercial performance of the store by increasing its turnover and maximizing profitability. Achieving performance objectives will require action in several of the main areas of retail activity.
Major parts of the Assistant Store Director job on a day-to-day basis include touring and managing the sales floor regularly, managing staff, finding new ways to improve sales, and meeting customer demand.

Qualifications
Proven experience in inventory management and retail sales
Strong supervisory and team management skills

Familiarity with employee recruitment and payroll processes
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
