Your New Role
As the Product Manager, you’ll play a crucial role in managing the day-to-day operations of the live Microsoft Dynamics 365 product. You’ll lead vendor management, implement enhancements, and coordinate with business stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of future releases.
Your Responsibilities
Oversee the live product operations, ensuring effective vendor management and driving enhancements.
Collaborate with project teams, including the PM and sponsors, to establish a governance structure that ensures smooth operations and strategic alignment.
Deliver future releases, focusing on complaint management and investigations modules (currently 70% complete, with 30% remaining).
Utilize Agile methodology and Azure DevOps to manage defined scopes, timelines, and iterative improvements.
Ensure the long-term management and success of the system while fostering coordination among stakeholders.
What You Need to Succeed
Proven experience as a Product Manager, especially with Microsoft Dynamics 365, ideally within government organisations.
A strong understanding of Agile methodologies and proficiency in Azure DevOps.
Exceptional collaboration skills to work across business improvement teams, stakeholders, and project teams.
Strategic thinking to navigate complex systems and deliver innovative solutions aligned with the organisation’s vision.
