Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Digital Marketing Ads Specialist to join our team! In this role, you will be responsible for creating, managing, and optimizing paid search campaigns on both Google Ads and Bing Ads platforms. Your primary goal will be to drive high-quality traffic, enhance conversion rates, and maximize return on investment (ROI). You will collaborate closely with the marketing team to design and implement search engine marketing (SEM) strategies that align with business objectives and generate measurable results.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, launch, and manage paid search campaigns on Google Ads and Bing Ads, covering search, display, and video ad formats.
Conduct detailed keyword research and competitive analysis to uncover opportunities for campaign optimization.
Create compelling ad copy and optimize landing pages to improve conversion rates.
Continuously monitor campaign performance, adjusting bids, budgets, and targeting to optimize results.
Implement A/B testing to refine ad creatives, targeting strategies, and keyword choices.
Analyze campaign data, providing actionable insights and recommendations to enhance performance.
Stay current with industry trends, tools, and best practices for paid search advertising on Google and Bing.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Proven experience managing paid search campaigns, specifically on Google Ads and Bing Ads, with expertise in SEM and PPC strategies.
Google Ads certification (Google Qualified Advertiser certification is a plus).
Proficiency in Google Analytics and other paid media management tools.
Strong knowledge of keyword research, bidding strategies, and campaign optimization techniques.
Excellent analytical abilities to interpret campaign performance data and make data-driven optimizations.
Strong communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with team members.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with Google Shopping, Bing Shopping, Google Display Network, and YouTube Ads.
Familiarity with additional digital marketing channels, such as social media and email marketing.
Knowledge of conversion tracking and data analysis tools.
