As a Product Manager II at our Series A startup, you will play a critical role in shaping our product roadmap and delivering high-impact solutions that drive business growth and user engagement. Reporting to a senior product leader, you will own key product areas, working cross-functionally with engineering, design, and business teams to translate customer needs into actionable strategies. This role is ideal for a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and is eager to take ownership of complex problems.

Product Strategy & Roadmap

Define and execute product roadmaps aligned with company goals and customer needs

Identify opportunities through market research, user feedback, and data analysis

Feature Ownership

Own the end-to-end lifecycle of key product features, from ideation to launch and iteration

Write clear and concise product requirements that balance user needs, technical feasibility, and business objectives

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Work closely with engineering and design teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of features

Collaborate with stakeholders across marketing, sales, and customer success to align product initiatives with business goals

Data-Driven Decision Making

Define and track product success metrics (e.g., adoption, engagement, retention)

Use quantitative and qualitative data to prioritize features, measure impact, and iterate on solutions

Customer Focus

Advocate for the voice of the customer in all product decisions

Conduct user interviews, surveys, and usability testing to deepen understanding of customer pain points

Requirements

3-5 years of experience in product management, preferably in a startup or fast-paced environment

Proven track record of delivering impactful features or products

Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills with a bias for action

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly

Experience with agile methodologies and tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar

Familiarity with data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Mixpanel) is a required

A passion for building user-centric products and a relentless drive for results
