Collins Ecom is looking for an experienced and results-driven Dropshipping Consultant to guide beginners and active ecommerce business owners through building and scaling their online stores. This role is for someone who has hands-on experience running successful dropshipping stores, knows the ins and outs of product research, Shopify store design, organic and paid advertising, and can effectively teach and support clients.
You will work closely with 30-60 clients per month, ensuring they have a clear step-by-step path to success. Beyond teaching solid ecommerce strategies, you must be emotionally intelligent, a great communicator, and able to make each client feel heard and valued. Our goal is not just to give clients good information, but to provide an exceptional coaching experience.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Guide clients daily through Discord, answering questions and offering support
Communicate with the team through Slack, staying updated on coaching processes
Host one 30-minute 1-on-1 call per client each week
Host one group coaching call per week for all assigned clients
Ensure every client follows our consulting blueprint to maximize their success
Update the winning product sheet regularly for clients
Work with web developers to ensure client stores are set up efficiently
Attend all team meetings and contribute to group projects
Monitor client progress and provide actionable feedback
Maintain high client satisfaction (consultants with multiple chargebacks from clients will be let go)
REQUIREMENTS:
Extensive knowledge of dropshipping, Shopify, and ecommerce strategies
Experience running multiple successful dropshipping stores with at least $50,000 in revenue
Familiarity with TikTok ads and paid advertising strategies
Strong communication and coaching skills
Ability to keep clients motivated and engaged
A positive, enthusiastic attitude and strong work ethic
Must be a team player, working well with other consultants and staff
Reliable and responsible – we only want consultants who truly care about their clients’ success
HOURS & FLEXIBILITY:
Full-time: 8-9 hours per day, handling 60+ clients
Part-time: Flexible hours based on client load (minimum of 30 clients per month)
You can take on as many clients as you want, as long as you maintain high performance
PAY & BONUSES:
Base pay starts at $4,000 per month
Potential to earn up to $10,000 per month with bonuses and higher client loads
Performance-based bonuses for consultants who consistently help clients succeed
