Your Day in the Life
Steer multiple projects from strategy to launch by creating project plans, building timelines, and maintaining status reports to ensure cross-functional teams stay aligned and meet all milestones.
Coordinate with creative, digital, product, and sales teams to seamlessly integrate brand initiatives across all channels, ensuring every deliverable is on-brand, on-strategy, and on-time.
Act as the main point of contact for managing and administering our project management platform, ensuring teams can efficiently track progress and collaborate effectively.
Support channel teams to facilitate execution and distribution across all touchpoints.
Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, including IT, Training, Culinary, and Field Marketing, keeping projects running smoothly through updates, feedback collection, and cross-functional meetings.
Lead regular team meetings to ensure project alignment, monitor progress, and keep all stakeholders on track to meet deadlines and objectives.
Facilitate bandwidth across teams, identifying and recommending projects that should be prioritized or postponed based on capacity and business needs.
Support the marketing planning process by analyzing campaign results, market research, and performance metrics to identify opportunities and inform future strategies that align with brand objectives.
Anticipate potential project roadblocks, proactively identify risks, and implement seamless solutions to keep projects moving forward.
Continuously evaluate and improve project management processes to maximize efficiency and effectiveness.
Compile market research, forecasts, competitor analyses, campaign results, and consumer trends to support our planning process.
What You Bring to the Team
A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and 3+ years of marketing, creative project, or portfolio management experience.
Strong organizational skills to maintain clear, accurate project documentation, ensuring important details, meeting notes, decisions, and updates are easily accessible for collaboration.
Expertise in managing multi-channel projects, including digital, print, video, email, in-restaurant experiences, and social media campaigns.
Experience with project management tools and familiarity with both waterfall and agile methodologies – certifications like PMP, PRINCE2, PMI-ACP, or CSP are a plus.
Experience creating engaging and effective presentations in Microsoft PowerPoint is preferred.
Exceptional communication skills with the ability to adapt messaging for different audiences, ensuring clarity and impact in both written and verbal interactions.
Ability to stay composed under pressure, adapt to shifting priorities, and navigate challenges with a solutions-focused mindset.
This is a hybrid role with 2-3 days per week in our Support Office in Broomfield, Colorado. We’re seeking candidates who either reside locally or are open to relocating.
