Why does this job exist and why is it critical?
Accountabilities
Manage go-to-market, config/operations, and product life cycle management for Hotlink Postpaid
Define and create business process to support stakeholders
Owner of Hotlink Postpaid mobile price plan policy, terms and conditions, FAQs and empowerment matrix
Responsible for the development and implementation of pricing and acquisition strategies (includes GTM) to ensure the achievement of gross adds, churn & revenue in accordance with company’s strategic goals, objectives & targets
Responsible for the updates & improvements on HP related communication & experience (includes new joiner journey/product process update/commerce flow)
Curation of the knowledge management portal for reference by front liners and internal stakeholders
Develop and track new product launches (including tactical offers) & solutions to achieve the overall growth of Hotlink Postpaid
Analyze consumer usage behaviour and identify new products/services opportunities
Establish and own relationships with various internal stakeholders including sales, legal, product development, device team, GTM & ISD
Work with app team to monitor app/bill payment/pass purchases and ensure smooth customer journey
Track competitors’ activities and business intent with counter measures
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
You have minimum 7 years of experience in product management, operations, or business development
Proven experience in managing go-to-market strategies and product life cycle management
Strong analytical skills to track and analyze consumer usage behavior and competitor activities
Ability to develop and implement pricing and acquisition strategies
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with various internal stakeholders
Strong problem-solving skills to resolve escalations and improve customer experience
Organizational skills to manage multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously
