Job Description
We are seeking a self-motivated and innovative individual who can partner across Marketing, Engineering, Operations, and Learning teams to drive an impactful singular identity of the brand among students.
Responsibilities
Gain insights through in-depth market and user research in the ed tech domain.
Develop a deep understanding of student personas and journeys.
Build, frame & execute a persona-based communication plan to improve learning outcomes and product adoption.
Articulate the value proposition of products & create compelling brand positioning and messaging.
Conceptualize, build out, execute, and measure communication initiatives end-to-end. Improve CX (Customer Experience) through NPS, surveys, and feedback.
Own product storytelling across external channels such as web, email, video, PR, etc.
Develop comprehensive Lead nurturing plans for marketing & growth teams. Facilitate the marketing team to generate strong momentum ahead of new product launches.
Work on cross promotion, reactivation strategies, funnel conversion strategies.
Monitor and analyse the performance of campaigns and iterate accordingly.
Expertise in tools like Clevertap, Clarity, Hotjar, Webflow, and Google Analytics.
Focus on implementing programs that consistently generate new, high-quality leads for our company
Requirements
Self-starter always striving to go the extra mile to deliver a delightful student experience.
Passion for products & constant curiosity about consumer pain points.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Have great project management and business process design skills.
2-3+ years of experience in Product Marketing or similar roles.
