We are seeking a results-driven and data-savvy Digital Marketing Specialist to support our marketing efforts with lead generation, inbound and outbound marketing, campaign execution, and marketing automation. This role is critical in helping to attract, qualify, and nurture leads, ensuring they are effectively handed off to sales. The Digital Marketing Specialist will collaborate closely with our marketing agency, internal stakeholders, and sales team to optimize digital marketing campaigns, improve conversion rates, and support overall business development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead Generation & Demand Generation Campaigns:

Develop, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns to drive inbound leads.
Support email marketing, paid media, and content marketing initiatives to improve lead flow.
Create, manage, and optimize landing pages to increase conversion rates.

2. Marketing Automation & CRM Support:

Manage lead scoring, segmentation, and nurturing workflows in HubSpot.
Ensure seamless lead handoff processes between marketing and sales.
Maintain data integrity within the CRM and marketing automation platform.

3. Content & Outreach Support:

Assist in developing marketing content, including email sequences, ad copy, and blog posts.
Support outbound prospecting efforts with targeted content and messaging.
Work with the sales team to craft outreach campaigns for distributors and strategic partners.

4. eCommerce & Website Platform Support:

Assist in maintaining and optimizing our WordPress-based website and eCommerce platform.
Collaborate with internal and external teams to implement website updates, landing pages, and marketing integrations.
Provide insights and recommendations for improving the eCommerce user experience and conversion rates.

5. Analytics & Optimization:

Track and analyze key performance metrics across campaigns and make data-driven recommendations.
Provide insights to leadership on marketing effectiveness and areas for improvement.
Conduct A/B testing to refine marketing strategies and increase engagement.

Qualifications & Experience:

3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, lead generation, or marketing automation.
Proficiency in HubSpot, marketing automation platforms, and CRM management.

· Experience working with WordPress and eCommerce platforms (WooCommerce or similar preferred).

Experience supporting paid media campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn, social media).
Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, and email marketing best practices.
Ability to collaborate with sales teams to align marketing efforts with revenue goals.
Excellent project management and organizational skills.
Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally and with our agency.

As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in our marketing efforts, focusing on inbound lead generation, nurturing potential customers, and optimizing marketing campaigns to support business development. You will work closely with internal teams and external agencies to execute high-impact marketing initiatives. Additionally, you will support our eCommerce and website platform, requiring experience with WordPress and a strong understanding of eCommerce best practices.

What You’ll Do:

· Manage and optimize digital campaigns, email marketing, and paid media to drive lead generation.

· Support marketing automation and CRM processes to ensure smooth lead handoff to sales.

· Develop content for email sequences, ads, and outreach campaigns.

· Analyze marketing performance metrics and provide insights to improve campaign ROI.

· Work with sales teams to nurture leads and engage potential distributors and partners.

· Assist in maintaining and optimizing our WordPress-based website and eCommerce platform.

· Provide insights and recommendations for improving the eCommerce user experience and conversion rates.

What You Need to Succeed:

· 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, demand generation, or marketing automation.

· Expertise in HubSpot, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and CRM tools.

· Strong analytical skills to measure and optimize campaign performance.

· A strategic mindset with a passion for driving business growth through marketing.

· Experience working with WordPress and eCommerce platforms (WooCommerce or similar preferred).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 – $68,000.00 per year
