Job Summary
Birdies Golf Lounge is a new and exciting golf and cocktail venue opening in Victory Park in 2025. We are a new company looking to dominate the Texas golf simulator market by delivering unbelievable social experiences to our guests in major urban markets. Knowledge of golf and sports is helpful but not a requirement.
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Manager to lead our marketing initiatives and drive brand growth. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in advertising, product management, and analytics, with a proven ability to develop and execute effective marketing strategies. This role requires creativity, strategic thinking, and a passion for understanding market trends to enhance our brand presence.

Responsibilities
Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive sales.
Oversee advertising campaigns across various platforms, including print advertising and digital channels.
Collaborate with the owner and manager to create targeted email marketing campaigns that engage customers and drive foot traffic.
Analyze market trends and customer insights to inform marketing decisions and optimize campaign performance.
Create and manage budgets for marketing initiatives, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
Utilize Adobe Creative Suite to design compelling marketing materials that resonate with target audiences.
Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns using analytics tools to measure success.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (ideal but not a requirement)
Proven experience in marketing management or a similar role.
Excellent social media and people skills.
Strong knowledge of advertising principles and practices.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite for design purposes.
Familiarity with budgeting processes and financial management in a marketing context.
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate effectively.
