About the Role

The Manager, Creator & Talent Partnerships is responsible for executing creator-led campaigns, building strong relationships with creators and talent representatives, and ensuring that campaigns align with client goals. This role requires strong organization, negotiation skills, and an ability to work across multiple projects efficiently. You will play a key role in maintaining Superdigital’s network of creators and ensuring that our collaborations run smoothly from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities
Campaign Execution: Execute successful creator and talent campaigns across various clients and industries.
Creator & Talent Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for creators, agents, and internal teams.
Talent Sourcing & Vetting: Identify, vet, and recommend creators that align with campaign goals, client guidelines, and KPIs.
Negotiation & Contracting: Negotiate deliverables and rates with support from senior team members, oversee contract redlining, and ensure compliance with organic and paid usage and exclusivity terms.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Serve as a flexible team member, collaborating across internal teams (Creative, Strategy, Account Management, and Production) to provide support wherever it’s needed, ensuring alignment on campaign objectives and execution.
Project Management: Oversee talent onboarding, deliverable tracking, and content approvals using internal tools.
Budgeting & Reporting: Price out deliverables for RFPs, manage campaign budgets, and track performance metrics.
Creator Communication: Lead kick-off calls, provide clear campaign briefs, and facilitate ongoing creator relationships.
Problem-Solving: Troubleshoot any campaign-related issues and proactively offer solutions.

ABOUT YOU

3+ years of creator partnerships, account management, or project management experience with direct experience in executing creator and talent campaigns
Strong organizational and execution skills with the ability to work across multiple projects
Strong communication skills with cross-functional teams and senior clients
Experience using creator management platforms, i.e Julius
Ability to critically think and implement thoughtful solutions
Ability to fully own projects through strong attention to detail and creative problem-solving abilities
In-depth knowledge of creator marketing space with focus on all social platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok, YouTube, and Snapchat)
Understanding of Creator Content monetary value (general benchmarks and ballparks to aid in negotiation)
Must be self-motivated, driven and able to work independently as well as part of a team
