What You’ll Be Doing
Drive alignment across commercial, medical, and sales teams to meet company goals
Build marketing strategies and training tools from scratch for both current and pipeline products
Design and execute go-to-market and product launch plans
Engage KOLs, conduct market research, and shape product positioning
Monitor competitive trends to stay ahead in the cardiology and hospital-based pharma space
About You
Background in cardiology or hospital-based products strongly preferred
You’re both strategic and tactical—visionary and doer
Experience managing direct reports and influencing across departments
Obsessed with data-driven decision making and fast-paced innovation
