Spitfire Audio is seeking adynamicandresults-drivenProduct Marketing Manager to lead the marketing efforts for our flagship and catalogue releases. As the Product Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and success of our product offering by developing and executinginnovativemarketing strategies that resonate with our target audience and align with our company’s vision and mission.
Responsibilities
Campaign Ownership:Lead and execute all marketing campaigns for new product releases including creating product copy, marketing messaging, briefing and project managing marketing assets and advertising campaigns.
Strategy Development:Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies for Spitfire Audio sample libraries, including customer acquisition, retention, and revenueoptimizationinitiatives, in alignment with overall business objectives.
Customer Insights:Conduct market research, customer segmentation, and competitive analysis to gain deep insights into customer needs, preferences, and behaviour, and use these insights to inform marketing strategies and tactics.
Product Positioning:Define the value proposition, messaging, and positioning for each product, ensuring alignment with the company’s vision and mission and differentiation from competitors in the market.
Campaign Execution:Lead the planning, execution, andoptimizationof multi-channel marketing campaigns to drive awareness, engagement, and conversion among target audiences, leveraging a combination of digital advertising, email marketing, content marketing, social media, and other channels.
Performance Measurement:Monitor and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) and use data-driven insights to optimise marketing efforts and drivecontinuous improvement.
Cross-FunctionalCollaboration:Collaborate closely withcross-functional teams, including product development, CRM, design, e-commerce, customer support, social media manager and external partners, to ensure alignment and integration of marketing initiatives with overall business strategies.
Essential Skills
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field
5+ years of experience in product marketing.
Proven track recordof developing and executing successful marketing strategies that drive customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.
Stronganalytical skillsand proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques to inform decision-making and measure performance.
Excellentcommunication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and influence stakeholders at all levels.
Exhibits a growth mindset with regards to feedback
Skilled in briefing and presenting ideas to multiple stakeholders
Excellent verbal andcommunication skillsin English
Attention to detailfor both copy and assets
Track record of independent working and a strong team collaborator
Advanced organisation and workload management
Familiarity with media composition and scoring with orchestral libraries is a big plus
