As our Product Expert, joining our product management team, you will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between the technical aspects of NaviStone products and the overall business.
What You’ll Do
Drive Product Adoption – Leverage deep expertise in product and technology to support adoption across the organization, including marketing, sales, and client services.
Issue Escalation & Resolution – Develop and manage processes for addressing product performance issues, ensuring swift resolution and maintaining customer trust.
Collaborate with Product Managers and Development Teams – Partner closely to understand product roadmaps and upcoming features, translating technical details into customer-facing benefits.
Collaborate Cross-Functionally for Go-to-Market Plans – Work with various teams to develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new product launches and updates.
Identify & Highlight Key Features and Benefits – Pinpoint attributes that best resonate with target audiences, informing compelling product positioning and messaging.
Conduct Market Research – Understand customer needs, industry trends, and the competitive landscape, providing insights for strategic decision-making.
Partner with Sales & Provide Enablement – Support sales teams with tools, training materials, and product documentation to confidently sell the product.
Collaborate with Marketing – Develop inputs for collateral such as case studies, whitepapers, and presentations, ensuring consistent messaging and brand alignment.
Develop Clear, Compelling Messaging – Ensure value propositions are consistently communicated across all marketing materials and channels.
Define Target Audiences – Segment audience groups to tailor marketing strategies that align with unique customer profiles.
Utilize Analytics and Metrics – Continuously measure product engagement, adoption, and conversion rates, using data-driven insights to refine messaging, product positioning, and strategic initiatives.
Voice of the Customer Integration – Conduct interviews, feedback sessions, and roundtables, incorporating insights into product enhancements and aligning priorities with customer needs.
Internal Enablement Materials – Produce internal guides, training sessions, and reference materials to confidently help customer-facing teams articulate product value and differentiation.
Competitive Intelligence – Monitor industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor moves to inform product messaging, differentiation strategies, and long-term product evolution.
Harness AI for Growth – Incorporate AI-driven analytics, generative AI content creation, and predictive modeling to elevate product marketing strategies, streamline campaign execution, and uncover untapped market opportunities.
What You Will Need To Succeed
Relevant Educational Background & Experience – Bachelor’s degree in marketing, computer science, business, or a related field, with 3–5 years of experience in MarTech or SaaS product roles.
