Job Title: Marketing Specialist – Events & Campaigns
Salary Range:

Start Date: March 1 (or earlier if possible)
The Holganix team is searching for a second Marketing Specialist for Events and Campaigns to manage our events and create marketing content, out of our Kansas City Metro location.
At Holganix, we revolutionize the way the world grows by manufacturing and distributing a liquid microbial solution (think of it as a probiotic for soil) to primarily farmers (but also landscapers, golf courses, and performance turf users) across America and Canada. Our solution dramatically increases soil health, ultimately improving crop yield and reducing the need for other inputs like fertilizer, pesticides, and water.

Job Requirements
3+ years experience in marketing with experience in the agriculture industry
Undergraduate degree in marketing, business, or agriculture
Background in hosting small events; background in participating in trade shows or bigger events is a plus
Enjoys travel to support events and sales as well as capturing content (has a valid driver’s license). You can expect to be on the road ~25-50 days a year.
Support planning and providing in-person support at national tradeshows and conferences in the U.S. (~3-5 shows per year).
Experience in working with CRMs (Hubspot is our system)
Creates written and graphic content for digital marketing, events, and sales support (we like Canva)
Experience working in farming is a plus but definitely not a requirement.
