The Role
Are you passionate about empowering thousands of students to get upskilled and secure high-quality jobs in healthcare? Are you someone who knows what makes a good hook, tells a compelling story, and stays on top of the latest social media trends?
As our Influencer Marketing Coordinator, you will help Stepful reach millions of users across social media (TikTok, Meta and YouTube) while inspiring students to begin their healthcare journey.
You will work collaboratively both with Stepful’s marketing team and with influencers of all backgrounds to generate top-performing content for ad campaigns, always striving to deliver accurate, engaging and on-brand content.
Responsibilities:
● Manage day-to-day influencer marketing activities: from identifying and building relationships with influencers, to coordinating content creation, negotiating payment, and ensuring consistent delivery of engaging, on-brand material across TikTok, Meta, and YouTube.
● Communicate professionally and build authentic, positive relationships with influencers in the healthcare space.
● Stay ahead of the latest social media trends and effectively tie them to Stepful’s brand and mission.
● Ensure influencer content follows all brand guidelines and messaging.
● Engage with followers on social media by responding to comments and DMs to answer questions and build community.
Professional Skills, Experience And Attributes
● 2-3 years of experience creating content or managing social media for a brand or organization.
● Knowledge of social media, specifically TikTok and Meta and YouTube, and what makes engaging content.
● Experience in content creation and identifying short-form video trends.
● Exceptional written and oral communication skills.
● Strong organizational skills and attention to detail and accuracy.
● Excellent at working and delivering against deadlines and the ability to work under pressure.
● Experience in healthcare or EdTech is a plus.
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $22.00 – $24.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 per week
Schedule:
4 hour shift
