The Staff Product Marketing Manager, Go-to-Market position will orchestrate the go-to-market strategy that fuels new customer acquisition in App Folio’s large multifamily segment. This individual will partner closely with marketing and sales leaders, drawing on their deep understanding of the market landscape, buying groups and behaviors, and performance trends with the ultimate goal of exceeding new business demand targets.

Cultivate deep product, customer, and market expertise, enabling you to build insights and confidently share them across the business.
Partner with marketing and product management stakeholders to orchestrate “lightning strike” moments that amplify App Folio’s new and market-differentiating capabilities.
Create compelling positioning, messaging, and thought
leadership
that directly addresses the needs, challenges, and aspirations of your target audiences, driving prospect consideration and urgency to switch to App Folio.
Collaborate with sales enablement to deliver best-in-class readiness frameworks, programs, and resources that ensure sellers are equipped to effectively tell the App Folio story.
Analyze and translate demand performance into recommendations for optimizing the go-to-market strategy.
Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
At least 6 years of experience in Product Marketing, with experience building SaaS go-to-market strategies that balance audiences and segmentation, messaging and positioning, sales readiness, thought
leadership
, and product roadmap, as well as market and competitive insights.
Proven ability to lead complex projects through influence across
cross-functional teams
.
Excellent writing skills, including the ability to create a broad array of messages and message types for various audiences and stakeholders.
Strong stage presence and presentation skills enabling the confident delivery of both internal and external presentations.
Demonstrable big-picture thinking, including the ability to build thought-provoking insights that inspire our target audiences to prefer App Folio.
Must have Change maker qualities: you build sound business cases for advancing your go-to-market strategy and secure buy-in from cross-functional partners and leaders.
