We are looking for a  Product Marketing Manager  specializing in  Smartphones  to take on a pivotal role in steering marketing initiatives and ensuring the success of POCO smartphone product line

This position entails performing market research, refining product positioning, scrutinizing competitors, and designing and implementing marketing strategies and campaigns to boost product visibility, demand, and sales

Collaborating with cross-functional and global teams, this role ensures the successful launch and ongoing success of smartphone products throughout their PLC

Responsibilities:

Learn

Conduct market research to uncover trends, customer preferences, and the competitive landscape

Ear on the ground approach :

Establish channels to gather customer feedback and insights to enhance offerings and Marketing messaging

Analyze

Analyze consumer behavior, market data, and industry reports to derive insights for marketing strategies

Take Action

Develop convincing product positioning and messaging that emphasize the product features and benefits

Create and implement detailed go-to-market strategies for new launches

Ideate, design and execute

innovative

marketing campaigns for product launches and life cycles to drive smartphone sales and engagement

Manage Stakeholders

Work closely with product, marketing

communication

& sales teams to align strategies and actions

Measure and re-learn

Monitor campaign performance, analyze metrics, and refine strategies for optimal impact (Timeline, Resource, KPI)

Manage the marketing budget, strategically allocating resources along the product lifecycle

Partner with product managers to match product features with user insights & market context

Requirements:

Hard Skills

6-10 years of experience in product marketing with a passion for technology

Deep understanding of the smartphone industry, market trends, and consumer behavior

Proven success in launching smartphone/Technology products

Must have experience in successfully managing and leading marketing agencies

Knows all marketing functions with a history of executing successful 360° IMC campaigns

Highly adept at managing multiple projects in a

fast-paced environment

A consumer-first mindset, constantly seeking insights to support product marketing strategies

Soft Skills

Strong focus on processes and mental models to continually enhance efficiency

Curiosity and first principles led thinking to develop
