Position Overview:
As the Temporary Marketing Associate, you’ll play a hands-on role in our social media and email marketing initiatives. You’ll work closely with our marketing team to build engaging social media content, manage our hubspot instance, and assist in managing marketing tasks.
Responsibilities:
40% Social Media Design & Support:
Assist in creating, designing, and scheduling social media content for LinkedIn and other platforms.
Maintain the social planning calendar
Monitor social media metrics and engage with followers as needed.
_ 40% Email Marketing:_
Campaign creation: Create and monitor email campaigns
List management: Build and manage email lists
Campaign performance: Analyze campaign results
Email automation: Use Hubspot to implement campaigns/send emails
_ 20% Administrative and Marketing Team Task Support: _
Collaborate with the marketing team on project and task management to meet deadlines.
Assist in coordinating creative, communication and deliverables for various marketing initiatives.
Provide general support for marketing projects and administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements:
Proficient in Hubspot
Creative mindset with an eye for detail and visual design.
Excellent organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple tasks.
Familiarity with social media platforms, especially LinkedIn
Job Type: Part-time
Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week
