Must Have Home Care Operations, & or marketing experience
This is a great position for someone who wants to be more than just a marketing / staffing professional, who wants to take ownership and grow a company from the ground up.
We are looking for a dynamic individual with Home Care Marketing or Operations experience to assist the absentee owner in Marketing to the community and driving in senior clients. Marketing to Assisted Living,Skilled Facilities, Home Health and Hospice Agencies, Must be able to work with little supervision, have an understanding of Home Care Operations as well.
Oversight of Staffing Required
Salary Negotiable for an experienced Marketing Person; with contacts.
.. Knowledge of the Senior Market is required. Working with the Owner to create a great company, assisting in Hiring and orienting caregivers, and Creating company culture.

Responsibilities:
Working with the management to ensure complete client satisfaction
Conducting Client assessments
Marketing to skilled care, assisted living, home heath and Hospice Agencies to drive home care client base
Must rotate on-call.

Pay: $80,000.00 – $85,700.00 per year
