Product Marketing Manager, Global CRM, Google One Jobs in Mountain View, CA at Google
Our client, Frontwave Arena, is seeking a dynamic and strategic Marketing Manager to lead and support marketing efforts across the arena and our two tenant sports teams, the San Diego Clippers (NBA G League) and San Diego Sockers (MASL). This role is integral to driving fan engagement, ticket sales, sponsorship value, and overall brand growth through data-driven marketing strategies, digital communication, and innovative campaign execution.
The ideal candidate is a highly motivated, creative, and results-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a passion for live events and sports marketing. They should excel at developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns, leveraging customer insights, enhancing brand positioning, and optimizing digital engagement across multiple platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Integrated Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute fully integrated marketing plans, collaborating with department leads, marketing executives, promoters, partners, ticketing services, and agencies to drive ticket sales and maximize promotional impact.
Campaign Management: Plan, implement, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including email, paid media, social media, and direct response marketing.
Performance Analytics: Analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics, URL trackers, and other analytics tools to measure effectiveness, identify trends, and optimize future campaigns.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with internal departments—including ticketing, sponsorship, community, merchandise, and event operations—to develop tailored campaigns that align with business objectives.
Email Marketing & CRM: Oversee the creation and execution of dynamic email campaigns, audience segmentation, content strategy, and database growth initiatives.
Creative Development: Manage the production of marketing collateral, including pitch decks, email blasts, webpages, social content, and other promotional materials in collaboration with internal teams and external agency partners.
Event Marketing: Support the development and execution of marketing strategies for sports games, concerts, and special events hosted at Frontwave Arena.
Qualifications:
3-5 years of marketing experience, ideally within the sports, live events, or entertainment industry.
Ability to analyze audience data, market trends, and digital performance metrics to make data-driven marketing decisions.
Passion for developing compelling marketing campaigns that drive fan engagement and brand growth.
Strong knowledge of digital marketing platforms, CRM/email marketing tools, and analytics software.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and with external partners.
Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously.
Able to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and adapt to the evolving needs of a live event and sports venue.
Proficiency with Google Analytics, SEO/SEM strategies, email marketing, and direct response marketing.
Experience with graphic design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva) is a plus.

Salary: $70,000 – $80,000 annually
