Position Summary

Samsung Ads, the advertising monetization arm of Samsung Electronics, leverages proprietary real-time TV viewing behavior and insights to promote relevant brands and content experiences for consumers. We partner with brands, agencies and content owners to deliver unique advertising opportunities on native placements within our Smart TV platform and programmatically with a cross device solution.

Samsung’s unique first party data & inventory allows brands to connect to their audience as they explore content across desktop, mobile, tablets, our Smart TVs. Samsung Ads delivers high-quality audience targeting and creative solutions powered by our proprietary ad tech stack. We have a focus on first-party audience data at scale, world-class data science, and custom creative solutions all across our brand-safe cross-device ad inventory.

Role And Responsibilities

We’re looking for a confident individual to join our New Product and Solutions team. We are looking for someone to focus on our mobile opportunities and dig deep into ad tech and games. They should have a self-starter mindset with a passion for driving the go-to-market strategy for innovative products, mobile ad solutions and new features. They should be in the know about all things programmatic with a strong understanding of the mobile ad tech landscape and how it can connect to the CTV space, and the players. This role will be the dedicated liaison between Product Management and the ads business, to ensure streamlined communication and regular sharing of market knowledge with our market-facing teams.

Candidates must have a strong knowledge base of digital advertising, including programmatic, mobile advertising, ROI driving ad formats and the connected TV space. They will be expected to develop and maintain excellent working relationships with all appropriate levels within and outside the company.

Specific responsibilities include:

Define revenue driving marketplace solutions based on product offerings across mobile initiatives, with a focus on our ad formats & performance.

Understand markets, competition, and mobile user requirements in depth to inform monetizable mobile product development and strategies.

Launch new ad products and features, test their performance, and iterate for optimization.

Work collaboratively with UX, engineering, marketing, legal, data, and operations teams across US, Europe, and Korea.

Serve as a strategic partner to the functional teams for the overall vision and development of of Samsung Ads’ Mobile product strategy.

Be able to work on multiple concurrent projects with multiple cross-functional teams including but not limited to business operations, ad operations, revenue operations, product management.

Be able to take the high strategic view as well as dive deep on product ideas and use cases.

Collaborate with internal teams to drive awareness and create demand for our mobile ad solutions to launch in the marketplace.

Analyze data to assess the impact of features/projects to measure ROI and inform future decisions.
